How am I billed?
Our billing is done on a pre pay basis, i.e., you pay for the
upcoming month on the first of that month.
What if I need to cancel?
All notices of cancellation need to be received before the 16th
of the month to avoid any additional billing for the next month. If
notice is not received on that date the customer is held responsible
for any and all charges acquired on that date.
Can I get a refund?
No, there is a strict no refund policy!
How do I sign up for service?
The first step is deciding what you want; if you want Dialup services
you can sign up over the phone with a credit / debit card or check
by phone. If you want any services that involve a phone line, i.e.,
phone or DSL you must come into our office and fill out a form called
the Data Gathering Form (DGF) and sign a 1 year contract plus our Letter
of Authorization (LOA).
How long does it take to get my service turned on?
It takes an average of 7-10 business days. In rare cases there have
been instances of it taking up to 20 business days.
How do I pay my bill?
- Online
- Login at www.hcis.net, click on Account Manager, sign into
the site and then make your payment with either, credit /
debit card or E-Check.
- By Phone
- 1-800-203-1853 option 2, this takes you to our accounting
department. You may make payments over the phone by either, credit
/ debit card or check by phone.
- Our Accounting Department is open Monday - Friday from 8am
- 5pm.
- By Mail
- Send all mailed payments
