What does this provide for you the customer?
This saves you the cost of paying a service call hourly rate if you have a problem with your phone or DSL service that exists on the inside wiring of your home.
If you call with a phone or DSL service issue, we will troubleshoot with you to determine the problem. If the problem is an outside line or connection issue,
we will submit a trouble ticket and get that resolved for you within 24 hours.
However, if technicians determine that the problem is not with your outside line or connection box, then we will send a service team member to your home to troubleshoot and fix your inside line issue for an hourly rate. If you are a subscriber to our monthly "Inside Wire and Maintenance Plan" then that service call is FREE!
